Blaher is a beginner programmer in C++, and in Java. He likes playing Go!, along with Mr Ekted. Is a complete idiot most of the times when he is not being serious, and can be quite hazardous to your health. Although he doesn't understand API documentation, he tends to think outside the box, even though it will never work.
He is the owner of "Galactic War I", and is currently (STILL) working on the bots, graphics, and sound effects.

A Blaher (Noun: Bla-er) is a person that can be referenced to the word Blah, and that talks a lot of non-sense or does not get to the main point. It is usually a person that has no meaning of what he is talking about, and/or chats a lot that a person will ignore by seeing his words by "blah". He might also be defined as using the word "blah" a lot, to make fun of some one talking too much.
The main most popular definition of this person is that "Blaher" is to represents some body that talks on online community forums and chat rooms, hence the reference of "blah" to be a word that is used to talk.
