Mine GO BOOM 11:53, Apr 16, 2006 (EDT): Don't create useless empty pages! Uncreated pages are linked RED for a reason. If you want to expand on the topic, someone else felt that it would be a good idea to have information there. But to create a useless, one-line page is worthless.
