ASSS version 1.3.5 has been released as of January 8, 2005. From the site:
Sorry it's been so long. This update has a bunch of new features and myriad bug fixes. The biggest ones are probably the brand-new flag code, and improvements to the python support. This version has also been built for windows (still using Dev-C++).
