King of the Hill

This is shown by a small yellow dot next to a person's name. If the player has a yellow dot, he/she is still eligible for KOTH points. If you have KOTH, the time that you will still have it is shown on the right side in the middle, next to the symbol of a crown. You can increase this time by killing enemy players. If you kill someone with KOTH, you get your timer completely refilled, while if you kill someone without, it is partially refilled. The timer, I don't believe, can not go above its initial amount.

If you are the last remaining player with KOTH status, you get the jackpot points, which depend on the number of players playing but varies from zone to zone. If only you and some of your teammates have KOTH status, you and those teammates split the jackpot evenly.
