Extended .lvl Files, or eLVL files are a (realtively)new, reverse compatable format for representing maps in Continuum. ASSS is currently the only server capable of making sense of eLVL files, and they can be generated using a python script off the ASSS site or using Continuum Level / Ini Tool. Grelminar maintains a specification for current eLVL files here.
