Because no one is "billed" for playing this game. Today its primary function is storing user accounts. -Smong
Add discussion of "types of billers" to article?
CypherJF 10:57, September 29, 2007 (PDT): There is no central page listing all of the UDP vs TCP billers; nor is there a side-by-side comparison of the two protocols. Should it go onto a new page, or be added here?
