[Owner] Specifies owner of the arena.
UserId
Datatype: UserID.
Biller user ID number for owner. View through ?userid command. Set this to be able to edit settings (using Esc+C) without logging in as sysop.
Name
Datatype: String.
Message for the ?owner command to display. This does not have to match UserID or even be a valid player name. Therefore "PriitK and Chambahs" is a valid setting.
